HIRING: Retail Sales Lead – Gadget Store
Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Work Setup: On-site
We are looking for a proactive Retail Sales Lead who can guide the sales team, maintain smooth store operations, and help drive sales performance in our gadget and electronics store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sales activities and support the team in meeting store targets
- Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate product information
- Monitor product availability and coordinate restocking when needed
- Ensure proper product display and maintain an organized sales floor
- Help address customer concerns and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Support store management in implementing sales strategies and promotions
- Provide guidance and basic coaching to sales staff when necessary
Qualifications:
- College level (any course)
- With background in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage
- Confident in communicating with customers and handling inquiries
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays
