Telco Account Representative
Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Telco Account Representative! You'll handle telco inquiries, sell products, and provide top-notch customer service. Salary: ₱23,500 - ₱28,000 (based on experience). Requirements:- SHS (Senior High School) or HS (High School) graduate
- Accepting candidates with 6 months sales experience alone (no CCE required for 25% of the class)
- Telco CCE (Customer Contact Experience) preferred Responsibilities:
- Handle telco-related customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Sell telco products and services to customers, meeting sales targets and performance goals
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve processes
- Work in a dynamic, sales-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities
