Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Requires at least 6 to 12 months of solid Customer Experience (CCE) / BPO experience .
- Education: At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate .
- Language Proficiency: B2 (CEFR) English proficiency or higher (Confident, fluent conversational and writing skills).
- Amenability: Ready to work on-site in the Makati area on shifting, night, or weekend schedules.
