- Assist customers with account management, including setting up new accounts and processing transactions.
- Educate customers on the use of banking systems and technology.
- Promote banking products and services to meet customers' financial needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or banking preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
