Job Title: Marketing Associate (Recruitment Marketing Specialist)
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Work Schedule: Flextime day shift (GMT+8), Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy).
- Experience in content creation (blogs, social media, or video).
- Familiarity with website management (WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS).
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills and research skills.
- Proactive mindset with ability to take ownership and suggest ideas.
- Interest in recruitment, B2B marketing, lead generation, or digital growth is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) with a focus on attracting potential clients.
- Create and publish content (blogs, posts, videos) to increase visibility and generate inbound leads.
- Develop video content (e.g., YouTube) to increase engagement and reach.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content to improve Google rankings (Including AI-driven results).
- Manage and optimize website content (WordPress/Wix) and se tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms to monitor performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate inbound employer/client leads.
- Manage and respond to Google Business (GMB) reviews and maintain existing lead databases through campaigns and follow-ups.
- Build brand presence through online communities, forums, and social platforms.
- Research and reach out to journalists or media for content collaboration opportunities.
