What You’ll Do - Oversee daily fleet operations and ensure vehicles are operating efficiently
- Monitor vehicle utilization, dispatching, and driver scheduling
- Ensure preventive maintenance and repairs are conducted on time
- Handle vehicle-related incidents, accident reports, and insurance coordination
- Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs
- Ensure drivers comply with company policies, road safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers, repair shops, and external service providers
- Maintain accurate fleet records, maintenance logs, and operational reports
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and safety
- Address operational issues and provide immediate solutions to minimize downtime
- Monitor driver performance, attendance, and behavior
- Assist in improving fleet efficiency and operational productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in fleet, logistics, transportation, or operations supervision
- Strong knowledge of fleet management and vehicle maintenance processes
- Experience handling accident claims, repairs, and vehicle coordination is an advantage
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and fleet monitoring tools is a plus
- Willing to do field work and flexible with schedules when needed
