Production Supervisor

Description - Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and meet production targets.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and enforce safety protocols.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and procedures.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Manufacturing. Preferably license Mechanical Engineeer.
- Experience Level: At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment in a supervisory level.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Project Development and Mechanical Engineering including implementation of safety standards.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Machine Setup operation and trouble shooting.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Working Conditions: May require shift work and adherence to strict safety standards.
