- Lead and motivate staff, managing performance, and providing training to enhance skills.
- Maintain a safe work environment and implement continuous process improvements.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure product consistency and meet client expectations.
- Prepare and submit regular production reports to management.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in production or supervision.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in relevant software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee production processes, manage team, ensure product quality, meet deadlines.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to motivate and manage a team effectively.
