Description - Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Train and mentor team members to improve sales performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in sales in packaging and printing manufacturing
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
- Working Conditions: Availability to work flexible hours and weekends, if needed
