Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of assigned retail branches to ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor store performance in terms of sales, operations, customer service, and profitability
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, food safety standards, cGMP, and 5S practices across all branches
- Coach, train, and supervise Store Supervisors and staff to improve performance and service quality
- Analyze sales data and recommend action plans to achieve targets and improve store performance
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and minimal wastage
- Address operational issues, customer concerns, and escalations in a timely manner
- Coordinate with Head Office (Operations, QA, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing) for store support and alignment
- Assist in new store openings, store improvements, and operational initiatives
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in retail or food operations
- With at least 1–2 years of supervisory or multi-branch handling experience
- Experience in food retail or FMCG industry is highly preferred

- Ability to manage multiple branches and priorities simultaneously
