Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple client accounts and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, campaign execution, analytics, and community engagement to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Oversee and coordinate digital marketing activities for multiple brands or clients
- Develop tailored strategies aligned with each account’s goals and target audience
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor trends and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions
- Manage paid social campaigns and budget allocations
Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Foster positive relationships with followers and online communities
- Implement strategies to grow and retain online audiences
Content Creation & Coordination
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality visuals and messaging
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics and generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and ad platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities across multiple accounts
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends and audience engagement
Preferred Skills
- Experience with influencer outreach and brand collaborations
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Familiarity with SEO and email marketing platforms
