Business Process Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Process Officer to evaluate, design, and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
Job description:
- Reviews existing Policies, Procedures and Guidelines (PPG) to ensure applicable and compliance through process documentation and improvement action/s in coordination with process owners prior approval of Quality Management Representative (QMR).
- Registers controlled documents for compliance with documentation policy and control process.
- Monitors Non Conformity (NC) and suggests/recommends actions for possible NC resolution.
- Regularly reviews and updates Roster of Risk and Opportunities.
- Conducts cycle audits and monitors compliance with approved PPG for internal and external audits.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledgeable in ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22000)
- Proven experience in internal auditing
- Internal Audit/ISO certifications are an advantage
