General Admin and Security Supervisor

Onsite, Caloocan City

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A. General Administration:

1. Oversees and manages company permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely renewal and compliance with government regulations.
2. Supervises company vehicle use, maintenance schedules, registration, insurance coverage, and compliance with emission testing requirements.
3. Oversees the upkeep, safety, and overall condition of plant facilities, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and coordination with service providers.
4. Supervises canteen operations to ensure quality service, hygiene standards, vendor compliance, and employee satisfaction.
5. Implements and monitors ergonomic standards and workplace comfort initiatives to support employee health, safety, and productivity.
6. Ensures the effective execution of administrative functions and operational support across departments through the strategic oversight of the receptionist and service drivers.

B. Security:

1. Coordinates with the Security Officer and/or owner of a third party Security provider, with regards to the activities of Security Guards deployed in the Plant.
2. Takes an active role in the organization’s Health and Safety Committee, by implementing procedures related to fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations.
3. Monitors surveillance equipment, reporting any and all observed violations and deviations, and makes recommendations for immediate action and preventive measures.
4. Conducts regular and surprise plant rounds, to identify any irregularities such as inappropriate or non-use personal protection equipment and other safety devices, and to uphold order and enforce company regulations.
5. Protects company assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.

5.1 Ensures encoding of any and all observations and information relating to security.

1. 2 Records interviews conducted with witnesses and obtain signatures of people involved in cases under investigation (related to security).
2. Implements safety programs to support the operation and ensure security at all times.
3. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results that are needed.

C. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the top management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably graduate of BS Criminology or any 4-year Business Course
• Must have obtained a License and/or certificate of training as a Security Training from a reputable training provider or organization.
• At least one (1) year of experience as a Security Officer with formal training in security operations and procedures.
• Preferably with experience in administrative and facilities management, including handling government compliance, permits, and regulatory requirements. Must possess strong coordination, planning, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple vendors and service providers.
