Store Supervisor

· Monitoring inventory and procuring new stock

· Organizing work schedules, managing staff, and training new employees.

· Controlling finances and providing store performance reports.

· Planning, organizing, and prioritizing time to achieve goals.

· Relaying information between their team and upper management.

· Guiding employees through daily work activities or projects.

· Monitoring employee performance to ensure maximum productivity.

· Issuing orders and instructions for the execution of work

· Motivating workers towards better work performance.

· Planning employee shifts and work schedules.

· Coordinating job assignments and cross-training between and within divisions.

· Providing reports and updates for upper management.

· Organizing events that will have a positive impact on employees.

· Ensuring that employees meet performance expectations.

· Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.

· Approving work hours.

· Ensuring great customer service at all levels.

· Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.

· Managing finances and preparing a weekly budget.

· Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.

· Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks and profit margins.

· Implementing measures to avoid stock damage, theft and wastage.

· Monitoring stock shelves and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.

· Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.

· Addressing customers requests, comments and complaints.

· Motivating employees to achieve targets.

· Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

· Ensuring all stocks are fresh like lemons and other ingredients for the products.

· Follow the Opening and Closing procedures.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
• With at least 6 months experienced.
