- Keep checking and encoding updated.
- Ensures the accuracy, quality, and proper documentation of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Inspecting goods for damage, verifying quantities against purchase orders/receipts, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with logistics teams to prevent discrepancies.
- Examine items for defects, damage, or shortages to avoid customer claims.
- Sort items for route-based loading, assist in inventory auditing, and report issues to supervisors.
- Utilise manual or computerized inventory systems to track inventory location and movement.
- Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering course.
- With experience specialised in Inventory/Material & Warehouse, Management or equivalent but we encourage fresh graduate to apply.
- Ability to coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors.
- Meticulous observation skills for identifying product discrepancies or damage.
- Capable of standing, walking, and handling materials manually.
- Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
- Willing to assign at Bagumbong or Llano Planta - North Caloocan.
