About the role
The Leasing Officer is responsible for marketing and leasing available commercial or residential properties, identifying prospective tenants, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease terms, and facilitating lease documentation. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, ensuring high occupancy rates, and supporting the company in achieving its leasing and revenue targets.

About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in leasing, real estate sales, property management, or a related role
Knowledge of leasing processes, lease documentation, and basic property management practices
Good communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and email applications
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client inquiries and transactions
Willing to conduct property site inspections and meet prospective tenants as required
Able to work independently and collaboratively with different departments
