Field Merchant Sales Officer

As a Field (Junior) Merchant Sales Officer, you'll be responsible for driving business growth within your assigned territory through acquiring new merchant partners and maintaining strong client relationships.
What You'll Do :
Identify and engage potential merchant partners within the assigned area.
Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and demonstrate the benefits of the products and services.
Negotiate and close merchant acquisition deals.
Manage and expand the assigned sales territory.
Conduct regular merchant visits to strengthen relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and other similar business activities to generate leads.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities.
Submit timely sales reports and updates on merchant accounts.
Track and achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
What We Need :
Experience in Field Sales, Merchant Acquisition, account management, or business development is preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
Can work independently and able to manage and expand assigned territory.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address merchants' and clients' challenges.
Can work under high pressure.
Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Willing to do fieldwork.
