Credit Services Representative (Collections/Mid-shift)

Medtronic seeks a Credit Services Representative for collections operations in Taguig City. The role involves managing customer accounts, conducting collection activities, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring compliance with company policies while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer account portfolios to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables
• Conduct collection activities via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Negotiate payment arrangements and develop collection strategies for high-risk accounts
• Monitor account performance, maintain accurate records, and mitigate credit risk
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, and other departments to resolve disputes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years collections, credit services, or accounts receivable experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems
• Experience with AI-enabled workplace tools and digital technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and compliance focus
