Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing, and technical support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
