Billing Officer/Bookkeeper

MIDLAND PLAZA CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION
- Record and maintain books of accounts (cash receipts, disbursements, journals, ledgers)
- Manual bookkeeping proficiency is required for maintaining accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Handle tax compliance and government contributions
- Complete tax management experience is required, including comprehensive knowledge of all tax compliance processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and asset monitoring
- Check vouchers, issued checks, and daily cash position
- Support other accounting-related tasks as needed
- Minimum of 1-2 years accounting or bookkeeping experience is required
- Condominium or property management accounting experience is preferred but not required
