We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoicing, and customer support . The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online , strong bookkeeping knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) .
- Create and send customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in QuickBooks Online .
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
- Provide administrative support related to bookkeeping as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience .
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) (required).
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, reconciliations, and invoicing .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel .
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills .
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
