Billing and Reporting Manager

Role: Billing and Reporting Manager
Location: Manila, Philippines
What you will be doing:
- Creating comprehensive cost estimates using internal platforms and tools.
- Monitoring and optimizing cost efficiency throughout project lifecycles.
- Executing and managing purchase orders for third-party suppliers.
- Negotiating terms and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Overseeing the status of all ongoing jobs and projects.
- Implementing tracking systems for project timelines and budgets.
- Processing billing for completed jobs through issuance of Sales Orders.
- Collaborating with finance teams for reconciliation and reporting.
- Inputting project scopes and job details into internal systems.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of project parameters and client information.
- Generating and updating weekly reports with system-extracted data.
- Conducting data analysis to assist strategic decision-making.
- Developing and refining internal processes for efficiency.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Proven experience in project finance, accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools for cost estimation and billing.
- Strong analytical skills for data assessment and decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
