About the role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Specialist (Architect) to join our Clark office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit, while working in close coordination with the BIM Manager and the design team. The role may also support Interior Design and other related disciplines when required, ensuring efficient model development and high-quality project documentation.
Key responsibilities
Develop, manage, and update architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit
Prepare architectural drawings, details, schedules, and documentation from BIM models
Support Interior Design modeling and documentation using Revit when required
Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, company standards, and quality expectations
Maintain BIM standards, templates, and Revit families for project use
Perform regular model checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Work closely with the BIM Manager and design team to support project coordination and delivery
Assist in improving BIM workflows, processes, and best practices
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned in support of project requirements
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling for architectural projects
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Experience in architectural documentation and modeling standards
Ability to support Interior Design or related disciplines using Revit
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and international projects
