Marketing Technology Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage website development, updates, and implementation, ensuring proper functionality, SEO, and lead capture.
- Administer CRM systems, ensuring leads from all campaigns are accurately routed to the Customer Relationship Team.
- Serve as the primary conduit between marketing systems and the sales team, ensuring smooth lead handoff and follow-up.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Maintain and organize a secure digital asset registry ensuring continuity, security, and preventing loss of access.
- Provide support for other non-marketing, IT-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT
- Proficient in website development and implementation
- Knowledgeable with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate, manage, and organize complex systems
- Collaborative and able to coordinate with the marketing and customer relationship team
- Proficiency in graphic design is a plus
- Knowledgeable with Meta Pixel
Salary: Dependent on experience
