BIM Modeller

Location: Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines

Deshin Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based specialist contractor with over 25 years of experience in architectural metal works, glazing, and facade systems. We have established a Clark Design Office in Pampanga to support our Singapore headquarters on prestigious projects including LTA MRT stations, Changi Airport, and major infrastructure developments.

As a BCA L5 graded facade contractor with ISO 9001:2015 and bizSAFE Star certifications, we are expanding our Philippines team and looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to join us on a 6-month contract basis.

The BIM Modeller will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models for facade, ceiling, and architectural metal works projects. You will work closely with our design team, drafters, and Singapore project managers to produce coordinated, clash-free models and extract shop drawings. This role is for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of renewal based on project requirements and performance.

BIM Modelling & Coordination

• Develop detailed BIM models (primarily Revit) for facade systems, ceiling systems, and architectural metal works.

• Coordinate with structural and architectural models to resolve clashes.

• Perform clash detection using Navisworks or BIM Collaboration Pro.

• Maintain model accuracy, revisions, and documentation in accordance with company standards.

• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs from the BIM model.

Shop Drawing Production

• Extract shop drawings and fabrication drawings directly from the BIM model.

• Ensure consistency between 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and 3D BIM models.

• Support the drafting team with model-based information.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Senior Designer, Design Manager, and Singapore project teams.

• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and respond to consultant comments.

• Maintain organised model files and revision control.

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in BIM modelling, preferably in facade, curtain wall, or architectural metal works.

• Experience with Singapore projects or LTA standards is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Revit (mandatory).

• Knowledge of Navisworks or BIM Collaboration Pro is an advantage.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD for 2D drafting.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

• Understanding of facade systems and metal fabrication processes.
