Marketing Development Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Attend, represent, and build meaningful connections with industry associations.
- Build and maintain mutually beneficial channel partnerships with businesses.
- Source and connect to influencers who align with the company’s branding strategies.
- Manage relationships with press & media practitioners.
- Lead the attendance or presentation for business expos and conferences.
- Deliver CSR initiatives to institutions and applicable beneficiaries.
- Conceptualize sponsored or own events, coordinate with events suppliers, and ensure the smooth flow of the event.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Entrepreneurship, Psychology, or other academic degrees that support communication and people engagement.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Naturally energetic and outgoing personality.
- Comfortable working in the field that may include activities that will exceed regular working hours.
- Well-presented, polished, and professional when engaging with the public.
- [Optional] With non-professional driver’s license.
