SITE ARCHITECT
Role:
Oversee on-site architectural works to ensure quality, compliance, and timely project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction activities on-site
- Review drawings and materials
- Coordinate with licensed professionals and project teams
- Ensure adherence to plans, building codes, and safety standards
Requirements:
- Licensed Architect or Architecture graduate
- At least 2 years of site experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/D5, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design software
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on-site full-time
