Career Support Associate (Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes.
• Source candidates through job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Match candidates with suitable opportunities based on skills and career goals.
• Provide resume and profile optimization guidance.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment systems.
• Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Support recruitment targets and successful candidate placements.

• Bachelor’s degree required; high school diploma holders must have at least 3 years of professional experience.
• 2+ years of contact center, customer service, or customer care experience.
• Stable employment history, with at least 1 year of tenure per employer within the last 2 years.
• 1+ year of sales experience in a US-based RPO environment.
• High-volume or seasonal hiring experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills suitable for US-based candidates and clients.
• Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls and working in a target-driven environment.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
