Career Support Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and team leaders.
• Drive team performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee department operations and ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Manage operational issues, risks, and escalations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Handle complex client concerns and provide strategic solutions.
• Lead process improvement and operational transformation initiatives.
• Support the launch and expansion of new accounts and campaigns.
• Develop scalable processes to improve productivity and support business growth.

• Bachelor’s degree required; candidates with a high school diploma must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• 8–12 years of experience in operations, customer support, recruitment, or related fields, with extensive leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Senior Manager role.
• Strong background in account management, client services, or customer relationship management.
• Experience in US-based RPO environments, high-volume recruitment, and CRM/ATS platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills with confidence in managing senior-level client interactions.
• Proven experience handling complex client concerns and escalations.
• Strong expertise in process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.
• Experience building and scaling teams, launching new accounts or campaigns, and implementing operational processes.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
