Multimedia Designer (Taguig)

Responsibilities:

• Creative & Multimedia Execution
• Conceptualize and execute visual assets for employer branding campaigns across:

• Social media (static, motion, short-form video)
• Career sites and talent landing pages
• Recruitment marketing and digital ads
• Internal employer brand initiatives

• Design high-quality graphics, layouts, and motion content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals
• Video & Photo Production

• Lead or support photo and video shoots for employer brand storytelling (culture features, employee stories, recruitment campaigns)
• Handle video editing, color correction, sound polishing, and motion graphics
• Deliver platform-optimized formats (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)

• Campaign Support & Delivery
• Work closely with Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing teams on multiple concurrent campaigns
• Execute assets with speed and precision, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Iterate visuals based on campaign performance data, feedback, and creative testing
• Trend, Culture & Innovation

• Stay ahead of design trends, pop culture, social media aesthetics, and creative formats
• Apply AI design tools (e.g., generative visuals, background removal, concept augmentation,

video assistance) to improve efficiency and creativity · Proactively suggest new visual ideas and storytelling approaches Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in: Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields
• 3–5 years of professional experience in multimedia design

• Prior experience in:

• Advertising agencies
• Marketing organizations
• Brand studios or campaign-driven environments

• Demonstrated experience delivering impactful campaigns with measurable engagement or brand outcomes • Strong portfolio showcasing:

• Graphic design
• Video and motion work
• Social-first creative execution

Required: • Must own a MacBook Pro or equivalent professional-grade laptop • Active Adobe Creative Cloud license, including:

• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Premiere Pro
• After Effects

• Strong proficiency in

• Visual layout & typography
• Video editing and motion graphics
• Digital-first and mobile-first design principles

Preferred / Advantage

• Own DSLR or mirrorless camera with basic lighting and audio equipment
• Experience using AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., generative design, AI video editing, image enhancement)
• Experience designing employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday: Project Based-6 MONTHS
