Employer Branding Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling content for job postings, recruitment campaigns, social media, landing pages, and employer branding.
• Adapt messaging and content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, and Reddit.
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns, content calendars, and social media initiatives.
• Collaborate with recruiters and creative teams to ensure consistent and engaging campaign messaging.
• Create and edit basic graphics and videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Optimize content based on platform requirements, audience behavior, and campaign performance.
• Monitor social media, employer branding, competitor, and healthcare recruitment trends.
• Recommend creative strategies to improve engagement, campaign performance, and employer brand visibility.

• 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding is preferred.
• Excellent English writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and experience supporting organic and paid campaigns.
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, graphic design, or video editing.
• Familiarity with analytics, campaign metrics, and content optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration skills and openness to feedback.
