REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino‑Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Management, or related fields.
• Having experience as a General Manager Assistant, Executive Assistant, Management Secretary, Business Assistant, or in a similar role is a big advantage.
• Knowledgeable in preparing meeting minutes and ensuring timely follow‑up of action items.
• Strong cross‑functional coordination and project management capabilities, able to drive diverse departments toward shared objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Assist the General Manager with daily administrative and operational activities.
• Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and business communications.
• Provide Mandarin-English/Filipino interpretation and translation during meetings and daily operations.
• Coordinate with different departments and store/operations teams on behalf of the General Manager.
• Monitor and follow up on tasks and instructions assigned by the General Manager.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
