Career Support Lead (Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

• Drive daily and weekly targets for interviews, placements, and service quality.
• Monitor team KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure adherence to established workflows, processes, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Provide real-time feedback and support team skills development.
• Address and document persistent performance issues.
• Manage team schedules and workload distribution.
• Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements.
• Provide escalation support for complex job seeker and employer concerns.

• Bachelor's degree required, or High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Experience handling high-volume calls and coaching teams in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of contact center experience, including exposure to US night-shift operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience managing quality, CRM/ATS accuracy, and team performance.
• Experience with US RPO, volume hiring, and CRM/ATS platforms, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong coaching, team development, and process improvement skills.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
