Visual Content Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create graphics, layouts, motion designs, and multimedia content for employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Produce visual content for social media, career sites, digital advertisements, and internal branding.
• Plan and support photo and video shoots for recruitment and company culture initiatives.
• Edit and optimize videos for platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing teams on multiple campaigns.
• Deliver creative assets on time while incorporating feedback and campaign performance insights.
• Stay updated on design, social media, and digital content trends.
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to improve workflows and explore innovative content approaches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in multimedia design.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, branding, or campaign-focused environments.
• Proven experience developing content that drives measurable engagement or branding results.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video production, motion graphics, and social media content.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and video editing tools.
• Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction campaigns.

Required Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:

• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Premiere Pro
• After Effects

Strong understanding of:

• Graphic design and visual layout
• Typography
• Video editing and motion graphics
• Digital-first and mobile-first design principles

Must own a MacBook Pro or an equivalent professional-grade laptop and maintain an active Adobe Creative Cloud license.
