Description - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing any issues or disputes promptly and effectively.
- Implement effective performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure fair and competitive remuneration.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a leadership role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Payroll, Talent Management, Excellent Leadership Development and Performance Management skills
- Qualities and Traits: Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and a strategic mindset
- Responsibilities and Duties: Overall HR Operations of the organization
