Sales / Operations / Area Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned area.
- Ensure all stores meet sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate store managers and staff performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service across all stores.
- Coordinate with head office on promotions, staffing, and operations.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or any 4 years course
- At least 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, with supervisory or area management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs
- Experience in handling multiple store locations is an advantage
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel within the assigned area
