Description - Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle transactions, process orders, and maintain cash registers efficiently.
- Ensure branch operations run smoothly by maintaining inventory and organizing stock.
- Support the sales team by preparing reports and coordinating sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficient written and verbal communication
- Skills and Competencies: Organizational skills and ability to prepare reports
