Site Operations Officer

This role requires active monitoring of site conditions, documentation control, maintenance coordination, and operational discipline to ensure a well-managed and efficient work environment.

This is not a desk-based position. The successful candidate will regularly circulate throughout the site to inspect facilities, monitor standards, and ensure operational procedures are consistently followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in:
• Hotel Operations
• Restaurant Supervision
• Facilities Management
• Site or Property Administration
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation management.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Willing to perform daily site inspections and field circulation.
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
• High level of accountability, ownership, and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained.
• Monitor and enforce administrative procedures and documentation compliance.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, permits, and site documentation.
• Coordinate facility maintenance activities and track completion of repairs.
• Manage asset inventories, maintenance logs, and administrative records.
• Ensure timely submission of operational and administrative reports.
• Identify operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support management in implementing site policies, procedures, and standards.
• Prepare weekly site operations and administration reports.
• Ensure all records remain organized, updated, and audit-ready.
