Area Sales Supervisor - North Luzon

Key Responsibilities - Supervise and manage the overall sales performance of assigned stores within the North Luzon area.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular branch visits to monitor operations, merchandising, inventory, and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, coach, and motivate store personnel to improve productivity, customer service, and sales performance.
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with branch managers and other departments to address operational concerns and implement business strategies.
- Ensure proper execution of promotions, marketing campaigns, and merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain product availability.
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit regular sales, operational, and performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail sales supervision, area sales management, or branch operations.
- Preferably with experience in the consumer electronics, appliances, mobile devices, or retail industry .
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Willing to travel extensively within North Luzon .
- Must possess a valid driver's license and is willing to visit multiple store locations as required.
