Description - Oversee sales operations in the assigned area to achieve company targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
- Train and mentor sales representatives, ensuring high performance standards.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market dynamics.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
- Working Conditions: Ability to travel as required to meet clients and conduct sales activities.
