Description - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients in the hotel and tourism sector.
- Manage and nurture key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in hotel or tourism sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Strategy and Management, Key Account Management, and Organization Skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
