Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Officer with strong background in pest control and Integrated Pest Management (IPM). The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, account management, and marketing strategies to expand company presence in commercial, residential, food, retail, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads and develop long-term client relationships.
- Conduct site inspections and recommend appropriate pest management solutions.
- Prepare quotations, service agreements, technical proposals, and presentations.
- Promote Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs and sanitation compliance standards.
- Manage and maintain existing accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for service implementation.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
- Handle client concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in meetings, presentations, and client audits when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biology, Agriculture, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years experience in pest control sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of pest control operations, chemicals, and IPM procedures.
- Experience handling restaurants, malls, warehouses, offices, and food industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client network and business development capability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
- Must be goal-oriented, professional, and customer-focused.
