Recruitment Officer

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various channels for candidate sourcing, including job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Not ore than 30 years old
- At least 1-3 years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in recruitment software.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, and liaise with hiring managers.
