Description - Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and merchandising to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase branch visibility and promote services.
- Provide training and support to sales team members to develop their skills and performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, marketing, merchandising, inventory management.
- Skills and Competencies: Teamwork, sales training, sales management, customer management, problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership qualities with a focus on motivating and developing team members.
