- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Manage job postings on various platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and improve hiring processes.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in applicant tracking systems, and solid communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage the full recruitment cycle, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
