Human Resources Specialist

Supports the recruitment, deployment, and employee management processes. Timeekeping and Attendance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, screening and hiring applicants. End to end recruitment process.
- Prepare monitor employments contracts, and employee relations document.
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping and basic payroll coordination
- Ensure DOLE compliance and regulations and labor standard.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle process.
Job Requirements
- 1 yr experience in the related position
- Proficiency in microsoft office suite (excel, word & outlook)
