DISTRIBUTOR SPECIALIST
Salary: ₱22,000 - ₱24,000 plus commission
Location: South Luzon - Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bicol, Sorsogon, and Palawan
Job Requirements
Strictly must meet qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management
• Knows how to drive a motorcycle or car with a valid driver's license
• Knowledge of sales operations, distributor coordination, merchandising, pricing, and account monitoring
• Good analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret sales and market data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills
• Results-oriented, organized, and capable of handling fieldwork and multiple account concerns
• Open to all genders
• Experience in Sales, Distributor Management, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, or FMCG operations is an advantage
Responsibilities
• Manage fieldwork and coordinate with distributors across designated regions to optimize sales operations
• Monitor account concerns, merchandising, pricing, and overall distribution performance
• Analyze market and sales data using Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports and track performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and local partners
