Distributor Sales Supervisor

Description - Supervise and support the distributor sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance distributor relationships.
- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to inform branding and inventory management.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Implement merchandising strategies that effectively promote product visibility and availability.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in sales or distribution management
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in sales management and customer management
- Qualities and Traits: Strong presentation skills and the ability to train and develop team members
- Driver's License : Holder of driver’s license with restrictions A and B
