About the Role
We're on the lookout for a results-driven Team Leader to take the helm of a high-energy team at Skyrise Alpha. You'll be the key link between our client and the internal team, owning day-to-day operations and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. If you've got a strong sales, telemarketing, or lead generation background and you're ready to take full ownership of service delivery, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
· Oversee end-to-end service delivery and hit all SLAs consistently
· Act as the main point of contact for the client—keep them in the loop and happy
· Manage team schedules and workloads to maintain top-tier performance
· Coach, develop, and upskill your team members
· Spot process gaps, suggest data-backed fixes, and track improvements
· Work with the client's quality team to keep scoring and calibration on point
· Deliver clear performance insights to leadership and drive change where needed
What We're Looking For
· At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a BPO or call center setting
· Strong background in sales, telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation—this is a big plus!
· Solid understanding of lead gen tools, metrics, and CRM systems
· Excellent communication and people skills—can keep a team motivated even under pressure
· Analytical mindset—you base decisions on facts and data
