Industrial Engineer

We are looking for Industrial Engineers who shall form an essential part of our operations and business development teams:

Place of Assignment :

One (1) Industrial Engineer for our San Pedro, Laguna Facility o One (1) Industrial Engineer for our Consolacion, Cebu Facility

Desired qualifications :

• with at least 1 year of work experience in industrial solutions sales and business development, operations management, and accounting and finance.
• Priority will be given to residents within the area or willing to move within the proximity .
• The chosen candidates will be deliberately exposed to all facets of our business with the end-in-view of occupying management posts in five years or less.
• Entrepreneurial and out-of-the-box thinking, and leadership abilities are core requirements for successful candidates. Must know how to drive.
• Persevering and committed to staying a minimum of 24 months in the company.
• Our target onboarding is March 2026 to April 2026.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure a deep understanding of product offerings and technical specifications.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its offerings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least two (2) years proven experience in account management and solutions selling to B2B accounts.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial qualities and out-of-the-box thinking and leadership abilities are core requirements for the successful candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
• Must know how to drive (with professional licensed driver).
• Also open to applicants in Luzon willing to be assigned to VisMin after one year of training in Luzon .
